Walked around Maastricht today. It’s a beautiful town, and nice blend of the new and old.

Strolled by lots of shops and lots high-fashion stores and lots of restaurants. And walked by a small gallery with some cool work you’d see out of Juxtapoz magazine. The art show is opening this weekend, but I walked in as the gallery owner was putting stuff up on the walls. His name is Collin, and he’s also one of the three artists showing their work. We talked about art, the documentary “Beautiful Losers”, and about other graffiti-like artists who’ve showed their work in and around Maastricht, like Barry McGee.

Check out his website:

Spent the rest of the day trying to finish my book, so I can leave it behind.

I love reading your blogs Ravi! We miss you terribly and hope you’ll continue to write as you trek along the countryside. This is more selfish than anything…it’s so I can fill my hectic-insane-backwards days on AT&T with some calmness.

I am finally finding the time to catch up on your blog. Still ROFLOL.
Sorry that it took me so long my dear friend. We know exactly what you mean when you say, “going for a cup of chocolate with Kylee.” That is right — having a cup of chocolate and another one, my little philanderer. Or should I say Curry Casanova?
Well, things are continuing to progress as they have around here. Actually not true. Mari and I reinvigorated The Friday with Ravi Sessions, for the first time in weeks. Indubitably, not as funny and endearing without you. Matt and Justin were assigned to help with the CIPHER. No, not to proof read. Shan thought it would be time for a change in the email approach. We both know it was boring the hell out of the SWATX & SWEP crew. So we made an ad. (I don’t know if you can watch or not).
It is Friday and you know what that means. Happy hour time for Paul. In fact, Antoine and he will fetch up after Antoine drops off Christina at the Airport. (You know the little suck hardly goes out these days).
I hope this finds you well.
Cheers for now… And give Kylee our best.
